SHIPPING

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ORDERS. U.S. SHIPPING ONLY.

Our orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service), FedEx, and UPS. Orders are usually processed and leave our warehouse within 2 business days of the order date, excluding weekends and holidays. You can expect to receive your order within 4-7 business days from the order date. If you need your items sooner, we also offer Expedited shipping (2 days) and Priority shipping (next day), but please note that these options will require additional shipping fees.

Please understand that shipping delays due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. If there are any issues with your order after it has left our warehouse, we recommend that you first contact the shipping carrier, as they have the most direct and comprehensive tracking information for your package. Of course, if you encounter any difficulties, feel free to reach out to us by clicking the "Contact Us" or through "Customer Care".

If there is an error in your shipping address, we encourage you to correct it on our website as soon as possible. Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order to avoid any extra costs. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we might need to charge you for the reshipment to ensure that we can resend your items as quickly as possible.

RETURN REFUND & EXCHANGE

RETURNS

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not entirely pleased with your purchase, we’re happy to provide a refund for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date, accompanied by proof of purchase, for the price paid in the original form of payment.

For a return to be eligible, the item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition you received it in. It also needs to be in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please notify us through 'Contact' page of your intent to return the item(s) by providing the order number and the name of the product(s). We will then provide you with a prepaid return label and return instructions.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will endeavor to process your refund promptly. You will be notified immediately when the refund process begins. The cost of the item, minus any return shipping costs, will be returned to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card company, but we strive to complete the process as soon as possible.

DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective product, please reach out to us through our 'Contact' or 'Customer Care' page, and we will assist you with the exchange process.

RETURN SHIPPING

For your convenience, we will provide a prepaid, trackable return shipping label with insurance for your item. Please understand that the cost of return shipping and insurance will be deducted from your refund.

For self-return without using our prepaid return label, please note that you are responsible for the shipping risk. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and considering shipping insurance while keeping your shipping receipt. To proceed with a self-return, please contact us through our 'Contact' or 'Customer Care' page for the correct return address and shipping guidance. Please note that returns shipped without our guidance may not be eligible for a refund.
