Our orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service), FedEx, and UPS. Orders are usually processed and leave our warehouse within 2 business days of the order date, excluding weekends and holidays. You can expect to receive your order within 4-7 business days from the order date. If you need your items sooner, we also offer Expedited shipping (2 days) and Priority shipping (next day), but please note that these options will require additional shipping fees.

Please understand that shipping delays due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. If there are any issues with your order after it has left our warehouse, we recommend that you first contact the shipping carrier, as they have the most direct and comprehensive tracking information for your package. If there is an error in your shipping address, we encourage you to correct it on our website as soon as possible. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we might need to charge you for the reshipment to ensure that we can resend your items as quickly as possible.

The cost of the item, minus any return shipping costs, will be returned to your credit card or original method of payment. For your convenience, we will provide a prepaid, trackable return shipping label with insurance for your item. Please understand that the cost of return shipping and insurance will be deducted from your refund.

For self-return without using our prepaid return label, please note that you are responsible for the shipping risk. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and considering shipping insurance while keeping your shipping receipt. Please note that returns shipped without our guidance may not be eligible for a refund.
